Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ: Once you ship or leave any computer or item for service, there is a minimum of $45.00 service fee or $85.00 for item check-up even if you decide not to repair your computer or item, that is to compensate our time. CompuNet® is NOT responsible for any loss of data or files contained in customer's equipment or storage device. Customer is fully responsible to make their own backup or copy to protect their own data or files, if customer leaves any computer or storage device without first making a full back up, then any loss of data or files will be solely customer's own responsibility or fault. Any Item left more than 15 days will be sold to replenish any expense incurred by CompuNet®.

We are NOT responsible for any item left over 15 days and 20% storage fee applies after 15 days. If customer decided for any reason not to repair any item that was brought in for service, then customer agrees to pay the minimum check-up fees specified above. NO operating system or software of any kind is provided unless specified in writing in this form. Customer understands that they need to keep their receipt or yellow copy for their warranty and to pick up any computer or item, ONLY the person whose name appears in this form will be able to pick up any item, nobody else, no exceptions. If no receipt or yellow copy, then an ID will be required for those whose name are in this form. Warranty is valid only with your receipt or yellow copy.
All transactions have 30 Days Warranty Only. KEEP YOUR COPY FOR YOUR WARRANTY AND TO PICK UP YOUR ITEM.

If consent has been given to receive text messages from CompuNet, you may receive messages related to:

  • Follow-up messages
    Example:
    Thank you for reaching out to CompuNet. We’ve received your inquiry and are working on a solution. Our team will update you within [timeframe]. For any further questions, feel free to reply or contact us at 310 817 5455.

3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to appointments, billing, or other service updates.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. Fees may vary for domestic or international messages.

5. Opt-In Method
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from CompuNet in the following ways:

  • Verbal consent

6. Opt-Out Method
You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message received. Alternatively, you may contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

By allowing CompuNet® to work on your item , you as the customer, hereby certify that you have read and understand and agree to the above terms:

• NO WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE, IF ANY. ALL LABOR HAS 30 DAYS WARRANTY ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS.
• CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ASKING FOR THEIR OLD PARTS IF ANY, DURING PICKUP TIME ONLY.
• CHECK UP FEE MUST BE PAID UP FRONT * RUSH SERVICE EXTRA $95.00
• NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL *MOBILE SERVICE $125.00
• CompuNet® reserves the right to change the price on parts and labor depending on each specific repair job, please confirm current prices by contacting us.
